Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Items
We aim to ensure that every experience with ELM brings joy and lasting memories. If you’re not fully satisfied with one of our ELM cameras purchased directly from our website, you may be eligible for a refund. We’re committed to helping you create memories you’ll cherish.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at elmcrew@elmcamera.com and include your order number in the email subject line. We’ll assess if you qualify for a replacement or refund based on any initial defects identified at delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
Warranty
Our camera is protected by a 15-day warranty. If you notice any functional issues within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us so we can assess your eligibility for a replacement. The warranty does not cover issues under the following conditions:
Special Conditions
- Damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or neglect.
- Damage from normal wear, theft, or loss.
- Photos that do not meet expectations due to misuse, incorrect handling, or failure to use flash.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
